About this beat
A casino’s hot-wallet balance is the USD value of funds sitting in the wallets it uses to pay out, snapshotted roughly every hour per chain. It is not the casino’s total reserves and it is not a solvency measure: operators routinely move funds to cold storage and back.
A story is published only when a balance moves by at least a quarter and at least $5M in a day, and the new level holds across consecutive snapshots. Single-snapshot dips that recover are provider gaps, not moves, and are never reported.
