Waylanders Forge tops slots with $72.8M turnover

Waylanders Forge, a Valkyrie slot, led Stake Engine wagering this week with $72.8M in turnover and 19,901,833 bets. That accounted for 11.1% of the week's $655M in tracked slot turnover, according to the Stake Engine studio rankings. The lead was large enough that the next four slots combined still trailed the top title by a comfortable margin.

The rest of the top five looked familiar but compact: Odins Vault $29.0M; Candy Swipe MatchWin™ $27.4M; Ganja Snail $22.5M; Bank Basher 2 Vegas $22.0M. Studio tallies tell a similar tale of concentration, with a single studio backstopping a sizable share of activity; see the slots turnover board for the underlying roll-up.

Valkyrie also topped studios with $155M in slot turnover for the week, followed by Twist Gaming $55.9M, Paperclip Gaming $46.2M and Donut Gaming $43.6M, with the fifth-ranked studio at $31.5M. The biggest upward move among individual titles was Chocolate 98, which rose +2374.9% to $5.3M. Those shifts altered short-term rankings but left the upper tier clearly dominated by a handful of titles and studios.
